1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders typically process within 1-3 days and transit time is about 7-12 days.
2. HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING?
Customers have 14 days from the date of receive to change your mind and return the items without explaining the reasons. However, shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns. Unfortunately, without exception, binoiclight.top cannot accept returns on used, washed, or damaged merchandise. For additional information, please see our Return&Refund Policy.
3. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can pay directly by logging into your PayPal account. PayPal accepts credit cards are: Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express.
4. WHERE IS MY REFUND?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed your refund.
A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be patient. It may take time before your bank posts your refund.
You can send it back for a refund or item exchange within 12 days of receiving it. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
5. HOW DO I USE A COUPON CODE?
Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart, and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”.
